Who We Are
A T Valuations is an independent RICS regulated practice led by Adam Mogose MRICS, Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. We advise property owners, families, businesses, landlords, tenants and professional advisers who need clear, well-supported property advice from an experienced local surveyor.
Our work ranges from commercial property valuations and rent reviews to probate, Capital Gains Tax, pension property transactions, matrimonial valuations, Help to Buy and lease extensions. Whatever the reason for the instruction, the approach is the same: understand the property, understand why the advice is needed, explain the position clearly and deliver the work when promised.

A T Valuations works across both commercial and residential property. Commercial work is a major part of the practice, including tax valuations, pension property, rent reviews, mixed-use investments and owner-run businesses. Residential instructions include probate and tax work, matrimonial valuations, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership, lease extensions and other private valuation requirements.
This breadth is particularly useful where an instruction crosses boundaries — for example a family estate containing shops and residential property, a mixed-use building, or a professional practice property held within a pension structure.
